Stepper Point is owned and managed by Archie Lord and Ashley Whittome who are supported by a wider team of real estate professionals, accountants and lawyers. 

The company invests on behalf of its owners with a focus on investment yield and capital preservation. On occasion, Stepper Point will work with trusted capital partners where Stepper Point is able to commit meaningful capital and have management control. To date Stepper Point has residential investments in London, Bristol and Bath.

Ashley Whittome

Founded Avon Capital Estates in 2002 and has grown the business into a private industrial and business park portfolio with over 1.5m sqft across the UK. He also has over 20 years of experience as the owner and managing director of an Australian property development business, Avon Capital Estates Australia, which has created over 3,000 lots or dwellings in projects in Western Australia and Southeast Queensland. Prior to focussing on the Avon businesses, Ashley was a Managing Director in Credit Suisse M&A, having previously been at Goldman Sachs and Drexel Burnham Lambert.

Archie Lord

Established and ran investment for Mitheridge Capital Management, a real estate private equity fund focussed on residential development in London and the South East. Prior to Mitheridge, Archie was a Director at Goldman Sachs Securities, having moved from GSAM. He started his career in M&A at JPMorgan.
